- Lil' Ro appears to be based off the Naruto character Ino. Most likely the Lvl. 2 version is intended to be based off of Ino in Shippuuden.

Lil' Ro Lvl. 2 trades her Gen strength bonus for a +5 level bonus. If you're already packing a sizable amount of Gen strength, these levels can be a great addition to your dice pool. In addition, Ro-Sham-Bo Redux is a fantastic group at this point in the game. Definitely worth using.
