						 <p>Actually, to get the Note Rush would require having the Note (2nd level of the Trade), which requires both Right and Anonymous. To get Right, you DO have to use a note page … but Hyuk may drop one, or you could get one off the Prize Wheel, or there's a Wastelands mission that gives them…</p>

My village(s) don't have a Summoning Circle</p> <p>I think there should be a sidenote about how you need a Summoning Circle on the page, because there's no mention of it and some people don't look through the Village Upgrades.</p>

						 <p>Actually you can get his mission even as a chunin. I tried to bruteforce him as a chunin, but is only lucky to pass the 2nd stat check but failed the third one. After I got shikai and is already a sp. jonin, I tried again and succeeded on first try.</p>
