Basically im trying to get outskirts, but my alt i want to place the bingo with is in an allied village to my main. Can i leave the village temporarily to do the bingo and rejoin?

i can't track anyone cause its extremly hard!it's difficulty is almost 80 and success almost 20.then how could i track anyone?
i tried in 2 or three different villages and it was not much difference between it's difficulty.

Disabled Upgrades/Attacks Raids

Not sure where to ask this but I guesss this is a good place as any since its NWW related. If you have upgrades that are disabled, do they count against other villages or you attacking/raiding other villages?

What I'm specifically trying to figure out is this. My village has the Natural Resource Facility. It is currently diabled to due to membership levels. So we can't use it- which is kind of nice at this point really but that's another story- Do we show up as having a NRF and being able to be attacked? We seem to have been attacked/raided alot lately so I am guessing this is true. If it's disabled can I lead an attack on a village with no NRF?

Can you only get the letter of Marque in season 1, or is it available to you in season 2 if you don't already have it and get all the NWW Items. So in other words, I didn't do the mission in Season 1 to get it, and I'm now in Season 2. When I get all the Season 2 NWW items will I be able to do the mission for it?

Just a simple question: If I have a reversing hourglass activated, and I'm bingo'd with a note page, will I still get anonymous? Or would I have to be bingo'd twice?

Also, if it does not count, can I remove a reversing hourglass by getting myself bingo'd? For example, by failing a bingo attempt.
