Can i still get the special item "Letter of Marque" even on season 2?
I believe so.
are you sure? coz i might loop in a few months
No, I'm not sure. But I'm pretty confident.
While you can get it in season 2, there's no reason NOT to get it in season 1 and loop with it. +1 level, +1 success, +1 range, +10% ryo, +10% AP/XP is really worth your time.
He's probably in a position similar to what I'm in. All my stats are at 17, and most are halfway to 18, and I've still got 3,300 NWW points before I can get the letter of marque.
Well, if that's the case, you should probably be focusing on doing spying, patrolling, ingredient harvesting to extend that time while still being handy.
Indeed. But even doing those things will push you into your loop timer pretty quick.
Do NWW points loop or no?
No, they do not. Only the letter of marque from NWW loops.
Having the Letter of Marque in Season Two unlocks new NWW rewards. If you need the info on those, whisper me (Celeste) in IRC or drop a message in the Imaginary forum. I can copypaste the data for you.
so the other NWW items you buy do not loop? ONLY this letter?
and this site doesn't say anything about season 3 either (is there noone out there this far or why?) are there no NWW items?
i'm really a noob so plz excuse these dumn questions ;)
Only the letter loops.
Season 3 is the same as season 2 as far as NWW items go.
even if you get all season 2 NWW items?
Even if you get all the season 2 NWW items. They don't loop, and there's no Season 2 Letter of Marque.
Random question. If you're say, a season 2 genin, Do you only fight other season 2 genin? Or all genin?
I believe it's all Genin in the war. But I don't think it matters, NWW fights don't factor items, themes, or allies, just raw levels.
Hmm. still, it does suggest that if you just sit at Genin for a while, you'll likely start winning all(or definitely most) of your fights.
You will. On the other hand, you're stalling at a rank that really doesn't give you much. Better to advance at a moderate pace, then stay as a Jonin for a while. Either you'll get Sanin (and all the awesome that entails) or you won't and still be stronger than most people you fight.
And for those really worried about looping, if all you need is NWW points or drops from allies, farm training missions. They give absolutely pathetic AP. If you still want to make money during this time, do Reaper missions instead. Still horrid AP, and some of the best money in the game, plus the chance to win the ninja lottery, worth 2000 Ryo.
I got a question: If you leave your village and join another one, do you still get to keep all of your NWW items, or does it reset?
I ask this because my village is starting agitate me with their slow progress in the Ninja World War and storehouse thieves, so I'm thinking about going AWOL. I only need to buy one more NWW bonus item before I get the Letter of Marque and I don't want to ruin anything that I patiently worked for each day.
You keep the items.
Wow, that was a fast response! ^_^ Thank you for the answer, Uzuki. This is good news, indeed.
I have a question. If you have the letter of Marque, do the NWW items that it includes stack with it (If you buy more NWW items while you also have the letter, like the ring of power, etc.)
Those items all go away and you can't get them anymore.
Oh figures. I just realized that I can't but a ring of courage since I already have one⦠Figures.
Thanks, Uzuki!
I'm curious. Do your NWW points loop too? I already have the Letter of Marque, and I'm wondering whether my fighting in the NWW is doing anything other than giving our village an additional 100 points or so a day. (Not that that's unimportant, but you know what I mean.)
NWW points do not loop. It's just for the village rankings after you've got your letter of marque =)
What does village rankings do other than looking great? Any special bonuses?
Nothing anymore. It used to give bonuses, until Random ended up being #1 pretty much every day. Then the bonuses were removed.
when you leave a village with nww points does it go away? O_O
No. But I think they disappear if you join a village that does not have a War Council.
What was the bonus for the high NWW ranking and did it only apply to the #1 village? I'm thinking about making a suggestion to McMasters concerning NWW points after someone has attained the Letter of Marque, but I would appreciate more information.
