i have level nineteen for gen,nin,tai jutsu but i cant complete any A rank missions. i am a level 49 jonin. i can do B rank missions successfuly every time so why do i suck at A rank missions

Next time you try to do A-rank missions ( or, instead, maybe look at the pages for the A-rank missions at this site ), look at their Difficulty. When you are doing a mission…Levels only get you more chances for successes, and Strength makes it more likely a roll will be a success if you a roll can reach the difficulty.
Range is a stat that is necessary for the A-Rank missions, and from places other than your rank. A Jonin naturally has enough range for any B-rank mission, but A-rank missions are a completely different story. Teams with a Range bonus, as well as items and often jutsu that provide Range as well, are needed to reach the Difficulty rating on many A-rank missions.
