I ended up spending around 395,000 ryo and still didn't get it, so I said screw it and looped. Maybe I'll have better luck in season 2.

21500 ryo for Tsubani. With the remaining ryo for the Theme coming from the Wheel. A much more lucrative way IMO, you can sell the junk and sometimes get really neat items, if not the super rare.

I am at 488,000 ryo thus far and still no luck…
It does not bode well for me that folks are saying they hit 800,000 without getting it…
(and yes, I have enough spent at other party house locations to make the theme… I was just REALLY hoping that the odds might change of winning at a certain spending level, but it sounds like… no)
