This is a NEW village. Made just today! Although it doesn't have a lot of players in fact only 1. We are asking anyone to join. The first Special Jonin or higher rank to join is second in command. However it is also upon my discrimination. But chances are You WILL be second in command. The villager to join after that, if they are Chunin or higher. Will always be allowed to take permanent items. However if anyone goes item crazy they are out. I am there from around 7:40 - 8:oo am and 3:45 - 6:00 pm and 7:00 - 9:30 pm. Sometimes I am not there 7 - 8 pm and I am sometimes there from 3:45 - 7 pm. I am hoping to have a good deed = bigger allowance village. If you collect/patrol three times you get to take perm items for the day. Sometimes I'll put in my own items and only allow one person to have it. It would be very helpful if you brought and donated some items of your own when arriving.
