firstly -> do you do the mission specific or general?? it pop up as c-mission in the d-mission selection. you have to run general mission d-ranks
2) if you are a white-eye ninja use white eye. it increase the chance to find it.
3) if u are the owner of a ninja dog, learn and use the epic dog urination technique which is teached by red rover
4) use spot and/or make the team red rover/spot

5) see if somebody put one in the storehouse of your village, it's not like they're any use to anybody who already has one

Try asking your village leader for permission to get 3 reaper items out of the storehouse it's easier that way.Also EDUT is now taght by spot,not red rover and you need to use dog biscuits/snacks whatever they're called.
