Does anybody happen to know if this mission is rare or not? I used a fair bit of my stamina running B-rank Nin missions without getting it, then switched to general and managed to get it (but not to level up). I only have a couple of days to get Annie to level 2 before I need to make an all-out effort…

I got it the other day while running B-rank Nin missions, so I know it's not rare.
