ever since i got him(over a week ago) i've been running missions with billy in my team everyday, with 'stand by your ninja theme' on, and i never got any.

2) Run missions
3) Cross your fingers and hope for the best
you could also add 1a) Also have The HoClaus on your team, he's supposed to help with rare ally drops, or use The Agony Of Defeat
