In an employee agreement it is also important to specify the benefits an employee is entitled of while affiliated with this employer. This benefit is not a privilege. It is a right. And by specifying these benefits in the employment agreement the employer can not claim afterwards that these benefits are merely bonuses. The benefit as part of the agreement is for the benefit of the employee. But also part of the employment agreement is the list of responsibilities expected of the employee.
