Some cover letter templates do not show the use of bullets within the cover letter. You also know more about the company that you are applying for than some internet website or book you got from the library. Therefore you are the only that can truly put together the perfect cover letter. You need to take the time you show that you will be an asset to the company in which you are applying for.
When you send one out the way it is you are basically just sending the prospective employer a stale already seen a thousand times before cover letter.
