One spends hours perfecting their resume when job hunting. They ensure that all their skills are well defined and their job duties and titles sounds more professional than they really are. One who uses a resume cover letter template does nothing to assist one from standing out to the hiring manager which is the only way to earn an interview amongst hundreds if not thoughts of other job hunters. Only you truly know yourself and all your experiences qualifications strengths and weaknesses. You also know more about the company that you are applying for than some internet website or book you got from the library. Therefore you are the only that can truly put together the perfect cover letter. You need to take the time you show that you will be an asset to the company in which you are applying for.
Avoid using scented or colorful papers. This will attract the attention of your employers but not with your professional side. Attach your equally competitive resume with your cover letter.
